2003 - Present
Developing production golf club head using Unigraphics NX CAD. Combining conceptual design ideas with playability, durability, aesthetic, manufacturing, cost of goods and marketing requirements:
 Primary Designer on following current production models:
Callaway FT-i Driver (Hot List 2007) / Callaway BB460 (Hot List 2007) / Ben Hogan Speedslot Fairway.
 Excellent skills in the use of NX sketcher, free form surfacing and solids tools, associative/parametric modeling techniques and family of parts design methods.
 Gained working Knowledge of KF/OpenNX languages while writing several Callaway standard routines.
 A high degree of initiative and attention to detail to complete assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision.


VX Corporation - Western Region Senior Application Engineer
2000 - 2003
Responsibilities included all pre/post-sale activities:
 Guru for VX CAD/CAM with intimate knowledge of all aspects including: sketcher, free-form surfacing, assemblies, drafting, part families, CAM toolpath setup, generation and posting.
 Extensive use of presentation and demonstration skills for varied audiences (CEO, VP, IT Manager, Sales Rep, R&D Engineer, Product Managers, and trade shows).
 Landed three largest accounts on the West Coast including:
Ace Clearwater, Guidant Medical, American Stove Parts.
 Provide installation, support, preventative maintenance and training on all VX products at regional tech centers and on-site. Provide technical help to customers on problems associated with product design and programming.
 Established and maintained relationships with partners, product managers, sales teams, development teams, resellers, support organizations and most importantly, the customer.


Titleist & Cobra Golf - Mold Maker
1996 - 2000
A team member of the tooling department reporting:
 Responsible for crafting production tooling for irons, metal woods, wedges and putters.
 Setup and operated both manual and CNC machine tools for fabrication of custom and production parts.
 Performed reverse engineering utilizing both optical and mechanical digitizing systems including:
Paraform, Cyberware, Sharnoa HPM-40 Laser, and manual CMM.
 Refined UNIX programming skills while writing routines to improve connectivity between various CAD/CAM systems including Unigraphics v15 and CAMAX v12.
